Feadship delivered the 82m Sakura superyacht to her owner

The 82.9 m Feadship Sakura (Hull 712), previously seen undergoing sea trials in the North Sea, has been delivered to her owner. Photos of the yacht on the move have been published by Superyachttimes. The yacht can also be seen underway in a video on Dutch Yachting's YouTube channel.



The megayacht with a vertical bow was designed by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture. The interiors come from the pen of Sinot Yacht Design. Sakura has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. A spacious aft deck with a large swimming pool and an impressive beach club provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The expansive teak deck forward provides plenty of open space for outdoor activities such as yoga or aerobics classes. This area can also be used as a touch-and-go helipad.

Construction of the vessel with a gross tonnage of 2128 GT and a beam of 12.5 m began in 2020. Sakura is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins. The yacht features underwater lighting system, a beach club, a gym and a swimming pool.



Sakura is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system and is propelled by two electric motors running on diesel generators. The yacht has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. She was built according to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 SSC Yacht, Mono, G6, ECO ✠ LMC UMS, Hybrid Power.
