Genoa hosts a 64th edition of the annual boat show

The 64th edition of the Genoa International Boat Show will take place from 19 to 24 September. The show promises to be a vibrant and exciting event as the yachting market continues to grow and the focus is on innovation and sustainability in the yachting industry. According to the show organisers, online ticket sales this year are up 16% on last year.

This year's show occupies a total of 220,000 square metres of exhibition space on land and water. In addition to the marina, the boat show also takes over the Palasport indoor sports arena, which recently underwent a renovation designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano. The show will feature 1,052 brands and 1,030 boats and yachts, 30 of which are world premieres.

What to see:

Ferretti Yachts is exhibiting the latest Ferretti Yachts 670 new (restyled for 2024) and Ferretti Yachts Infynito 80.

Custom Line is exhibiting the 32 metre CL106 from the shipyard’s fast semi-displacement range.

Riva is showing the luxurious and fast Riva 56 Rivale and Riva 88 Folgore.

Wally is exhibiting this year's new product, the futuristic wallywhy 100.

Frauscher is showing the 1017 GT and the cabin version of the 1212 Ghost Air.

Sea Ray shows the SPX 190 entry model and one of the top cabin cruisers, the Sundancer 370 OB.

Azimut is showing the new Fly 62 model with an innovative flybridge layout.

Sanlorenzo exhibits the ‘asymmetrical’ SL86A and the fast SP92.

Absolute is premiering in Genoa the Navetta 53, an incredibly spacious flybridge yacht.

The new Spanish shipyard Maxim Yachts will be exhibiting for the first time with the Neo 43 Race and Neo 43 Comfort cruisers.

Cantiere Mimì is exhibiting the world premiere of the Libeccio 9.5 Cabin. This new model of the Gozzo style cabin boat features a hardtop protecting the cockpit.

Lomac Milano presents the RIB GranTurismo 10.5 with a redesigned steering console, improved seats and an overall higher level of comfort.

Apreamare shows the Gozzo 38 Cabin, a compact cruiser with an enclosed deckhouse suitable for year-round use.

Sacs Tecnorib will present the comfortable Strider 13 speed RIB.

Another newcomer to the yachting market, the ECHO brand, will show the America 35 centre console cabin cruiser.
